Powerlight Eye Cream
Y’all. I’m tired. Like REALLY tired. Having a kid and working full time is hard… and my eyes show It. When I first started back at work, all my patients would tell me that I looked tired (like, duh. I have a 3 month old. I’m dead)… but then I found this eye cream. It works like magic! I’m still tired, but my eyes hide It much better now!
In addition to using this amazing cream, there are a few other things you can do to help with those dark under eye circles. First is SLEEP. Yes I know, preaching to the choir here. Even just staying up a few hours past your bedtime can cause dark circles to form under your eyes. Sleep deprivation can cause your skin to become dull and pale, allowing for dark tissues and blood vessels beneath your skin to show. Plus, the lack of sleep can also cause fluid to build underneath your eyes, causing them to appear puffy.
The second is eye strain. Wearing those blue-light blockers may be a great idea. Like these here Blue Light Blocking Glasses We know they help our sleep patterns and allow our brains to get more quality sleep, but they help to reduce eye strain too. And check this out… staring at your tv or computer screen can cause significant strain on your eyes which can cause the blood vessels around your eyes to enlarge. As a result, the skin surrounding your eyes can darken.
And, finally, hydrate! Hydration is so important for so many things, including your eyes and reducing dark circles! When your body isn’t receiving enough water, the skin beneath your eyes begins to look dull and your eyes look sunken. Water literally helps with everything, so drink It. Drink all of It.
